Right of withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period for physical webshop products, unless a legal exception applies.
Return window and condition
Returns must be reported within the legal timeframe and sent back complete, in original condition and, where possible, in original packaging.
Return costs
Unless agreed otherwise, direct return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
Return process
Please report your return first via the contact page with order number and reason. After confirmation, you receive return instructions. Once received and checked, we process the refund within the legal timeframe.
Exceptions
Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons after seal breakage may be excluded from returns.
